Instructions for the sound sessions:

You should see to it that the clothes contacting the vibration areas are not too thick, as it is the case with velvet, corduroy, thick wool etc.. Erect or thick fibres may reduce the transmission of the subtle and high vibrations onto and into the body.

In order to get used to the vibrations we recommend to carry out the first few sessions with reduced intensity (volume) and to increase the volume gradually session by session according to  the sensitiveness of the user.
